All prices listed on the Site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The total cost of your order will be reflected at checkout and will include the price of the items, applicable taxes, and shipping costs (if applicable).

Payment can be made through the secure payment methods offered on the Site. We do not store your full credit card details.

Shipping

We will ship your order to the address you provide during checkout. Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Privacy Policy:

We will never share any information that has been provided to us by our customers to a third party unless required by law.  The only information shared to a third party will be for credit reference purposes at the request of the customer.

 We are committed to providing you with high-quality gemstones and excellent customer service. This Purchase Policy outlines the terms and conditions for exchanges and returns.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges for most items within the following timeframes:

  • 21 Days by Mail: You may return unworn and undamaged items by mail for exchange within 21 days of purchase.

  • 10 Days In-Store: You may exchange unworn and undamaged items in person at our store within 10 days of purchase.

Exchange Requirements

  • All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with any tags attached.

  • A valid receipt is required for all exchanges.

Exchange Process

  • Mail Exchange: To initiate a mail exchange, please contact us within 21 days of purchase at Geomania_echo@yahoo.com or by phone at  +1604683-2818. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item by mail. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • In-Store Exchange: Bring your unworn and undamaged item, along with your receipt, to our store within 10 days of purchase. A store associate will be happy to assist you with your exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some items may not be eligible for exchange, including:

  • Special order items

  • Customized items

  • Sale items

Confirmation Policy

We will respond to your order confirmation within 3 business days of your purchase. This confirmation will include details of your order, estimated shipping timeframe (if applicable), and exchange policy information.

We reserve the right to modify this Purchase Policy at any time without prior notice.

Jewelry Repair Policy:

This policy outlines the services we offer, pricing, and important information regarding repairs.

Services Offered:

  • Stringing:

    • We offer stringing services for necklaces and bracelets.

    • Prices are as follows:

      • Stringing without knots: $1.20 CAD/inch

      • Stringing with knots: $1.50 CAD/inch

  • Elastic Bracelet Repair:

    • We can repair elastic bracelets for a fee.

      • Price: $10.00 CAD/each (for bracelets not purchased from Geomania)

      • Price: $8.00 CAD/each (for bracelets purchased from Geomania)

  • Ring Resizing:

    • We offer ring resizing services for most rings.

    • Prices vary depending on the material and complexity of the resize:

      • Silver Rings: $30.00 CAD - $35.00 CAD

      • Gold Rings: $35.00 CAD - $45.00 CAD

  • Measuring and identifying stone authenticity:

    • We measure ring sizing $3.00CAD per each item. 

    • We can identify your stones authenticity at $5.00CAD per each stone at our store.

  • Please note: Repair prices may differ slightly depending on the specific nature of the repair.

Waiver Agreement:

For certain repairs, we require you to sign a waiver agreement before we proceed. This waiver acknowledges the inherent risks involved in jewelry repair, such as potential damage to gemstones or the setting during the repair process. We will discuss the specific risks associated with your repair and answer any questions you may have before requesting your signature.

Important Information:

  • We recommend removing any sentimental stones from your jewelry before leaving it for repair.

  • We are not responsible for gemstones or settings lost or damaged during a repair that was pre-existing or beyond reasonable repair techniques.

  • We will provide you with an estimated repair cost and timeframe before beginning any work.

  • We require a deposit for all repairs exceeding a set amount (to be determined by your store).
